Aviso que los que tengan un dispositivo garmin, si no lo usaron todavía, tienen 3 meses de premium gratis, solo hay que acordarse de darle de baja antes que se renueve.

Entras al garmin connect (en la PC), siempre entro desde Garmin Express yo.
te aparece uno de los módulos de Strava, le das ahi y hay una opción para habilitar 3 meses de prueba, vas a tener 3 meses por cada Edge que tengas, en el 1000 (y en los 810 y 520) te deja habilitar los live segments, un embole es, te vive prendiendo la pantalla acá en la rambla, esta bueno cuando vas a lugares que los segmentos están mas separados capaz.

Sign in to your Garmin Connect account
locate your segments widget on your dashboard
If you do not have this widget, you can add it
First click on the three bars in the top left hand corner of Garmin Connect
Then click on the arrow next to Segments
At the top of the pop out you will see Add to Dashboard, please click add to dashboard
Your Segments widget may already mention getting started with Strava. If it does please click Get started and that will walk you through setting up the trial period. If the widget does not mention Strava, then click the gear cog in the top right hand corner of the widget. Then select use Strava Segments. At that point you will see the get started option.
